Rebuild Skin Density & Fill Stubborn Creases From Within — Pure Bio-Stimulating Collagen Mesh

Looking to smooth persistent neck rings, smile lines, forehead creases, or crepey skin texture?

Deenora Mono Threads are smooth, ultra-fine absorbable sutures designed purely for collagen volumization, skin tightening, and cellular rejuvenation (not barbed mechanical lifting).

Placed in a cross-hatch matrix beneath the skin, each mono thread triggers continuous Type-I and Type-III collagen synthesis—naturally thickening thinning dermis, filling fine hollows, and restoring bouncy elasticity.

🌟 The "Collagen Mesh" Advantage: How Mono Threads Transform Skin

✔ Natural Tissue Density & Plumping: As the smooth suture hydrolyzes, it stimulates fibroblasts to build a dense scaffolding of fresh native collagen, naturally filling in shallow wrinkles and hollows without looking overfilled. ✔ Ultra-Sharp, Easy Insertion Needle: Features ultra-thin wall, precision-beveled sharp needles that glide effortlessly through subdermal layers for quick, comfortable placement and minimal tissue trauma. ✔ Zero Lumps, Zero Scarring: Completely absorbable and biocompatible. Seamlessly dissolves into water and carbon dioxide, leaving behind only your own rejuvenated, fortified skin matrix.

💎 Choose Your Ideal Material: PDO vs. PCL vs. PLLA

• PDO (Classic) | Longevity: 6–8 Months (Results up to 12 Mos) The universal standard. Fast collagen onset and exceptional value. Perfect for first-time treatments, overall skin firming, and fine line smoothing.

• PCL (Ultra-Flexible) | Longevity: 18–24 Months (Results up to 2+ Years) Maximum comfort and longevity. Super soft and pliable. Ideal for dynamic, high-movement areas like horizontal neck lines and smile lines.

• PLLA (Collagen Volumizer) | Longevity: 12–18 Months (Results up to 18–24 Mos) Strongest volumetric filling. Maximizes deep fibroblastic stimulation. Excellent for sunken cheeks, deep folds, and acne scar subcision/filling.

📏 Gauge & Length Selection Chart: Find Your Target Zone

• 30G 13mm / 25mm (Thread: 13mm / 30mm | USP 7-0) Lip lines (smoker's lines), delicate peri-orbital, glabella (11s), fine forehead lines.

• 30G 38mm / 29G 38mm (Thread: 50mm | USP 7-0 / 6-0) Horizontal neck lines, nasolabial creases, marionette areas, accordion cheek lines.

• 27G 38mm / 50mm (Thread: 50mm / 60mm | USP 6-0) Full cheek mesh matrix, jawline skin tightening, submental area, décolletage.

• 26G 60mm / 90mm (Thread: 70mm / 100mm | USP 6-0) Extended body areas (arms, abdomen, thighs), thick skin tightening, large coverage grids.

FAQ

Q: Do Mono Threads provide mechanical lifting like Cog threads?

No. Mono threads are smooth sutures without barbs. Their primary mechanism is biostimulatory skin tightening and wrinkle filling through neocollagenesis. If you want structural repositioning or heavy sagging lift, choose Cog threads. If you want to thicken skin, smooth crepey folds, and soften static wrinkles, Mono threads are the ideal choice.

Q: Why is the "Mesh / Cross-Hatch" technique recommended?

Inserting mono threads in intersecting horizontal and vertical vectors creates a solid collagen support lattice beneath the crease. This cross-woven collagen foundation prevents skin from folding when you smile or talk.

Q: How long does it take to see results?

You will notice an immediate mild smoothing effect from the physical presence of the suture. True biological collagen synthesis begins around week 3–4, with maximum firmness, skin density, and wrinkle softening peaking at 2 to 3 months.

Q: Which needle gauge is best for beginner practitioners?

30G 25mm/38mm and 29G 38mm are the most forgiving and popular sizes. They enter smoothly with negligible discomfort and can treat almost all common areas (neck, forehead, smile lines).
