PLLA Mono & Mono Screw Threads, Supplied Spec by Spec

Deenora Thread is a one-stop aesthetic medicine supply platform, and threads are what we do best. This listing covers two distinct constructions built on the same high-purity PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) base: the single-filament Mono and the coiled Mono Screw. Both are pre-loaded on sharp needles, sterile, single-use, and available in 50 pcs and 100 pcs packs so a clinic can stock a working range rather than a single SKU.

Mono: the baseline regeneration thread

Construction: one smooth PLLA filament, no barbs, no coil.
What it does: works by fine, evenly distributed micro-stimulation of the dermis, supporting collagen renewal and gradual skin firming rather than mechanical repositioning.
Typical placement: mesh or fan patterns over cheeks, forehead, peri-oral area, neck and décolleté; short lengths for delicate zones such as the peri-orbital area and upper lip.

Mono Screw: higher tissue engagement

Construction: PLLA filament spiralled around the needle, giving a thicker, stronger profile than a plain mono of the same gauge.
What it does: the coil increases contact surface with the tissue, delivering stronger stimulation toward the SMAS layer and a more pronounced volumising and lifting effect per insertion.
Typical placement: volume-deficient and laxity-prone areas, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jawline and cheek support, often combined with mono threads in the same session.

Choosing between them

As a rule of thumb: mono for coverage and skin quality, screw for density and lift. Gauge follows tissue depth and fragility, with 29G and 30G reserved for thin or superficial areas and 26G/27G for thicker tissue and longer runs. Length follows the treatment vector, not the product preference, which is why we keep the full gauge and length matrix in stock instead of a shortened bestseller list.

Material and safety profile

PLLA is biodegradable and biocompatible. It is absorbed over roughly 1 to 2 years depending on specification and tissue, so no removal procedure is required, and recovery is typically compatible with normal daily activity soon after the procedure. As with any injectable thread, transient bruising, swelling or tenderness can occur.

FAQ

Are mono and screw threads interchangeable?

No. They are frequently combined in one protocol, but screw threads give stronger stimulation and volume, while mono threads give broader, finer coverage.

How long do results last?

The thread itself absorbs within about 1 to 2 years; the collagen response builds progressively over the weeks after placement.

Do you supply distributors?

Yes. Contact us for volume pricing and mixed-specification orders.
